Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa and Mastercard, and we have programs available for qualified patients with regard to extended payments. As always, our policy is that fees and payments options will be discussed in advance of any treatment as part of the treatment planning process, and therefore are expected as services rendered.
